Send a friend a reward on their first order. When they use it, points land in your account.
You get 200 points. They get 100.
Joining and earning points
Our loyalty program. It is free, and it pays you points for things you were going to do anyway — buying, reviewing, telling a friend. Points turn into money off whenever you want to use them.
Create an account. Name and email is all it takes, and your points start collecting straight away. If you already have a Formed account you are already in — just sign in.
Subscription orders earn 1.5 points per $1. On top of that: 50 points for a product review, 100 on your birthday, 20 each for following us on Instagram or TikTok, 20 for a Facebook like, and 30 for sharing us on Facebook.
Points follow the email address on the order. If it matches your rewards account they should appear once the order is fulfilled. If they do not, email us and we will add them by hand.
Review points are awarded for verified reviews, which means the review has to be submitted through the review request email we send after your order. A review left any other way will not be matched to your account automatically — email us and we will sort it out.
Add your birthday to your account at least 30 days before it, and the points land on the day.
Redeeming and referrals
100 points gets you $5 off. After that it is 200 points for $10, 300 for $15, and 400 for $20. There is no minimum order.
Sign in before you check out, open your rewards page, and redeem your points for a code. Apply the code in your cart or at checkout.
Points expire after 12 months with no activity. Any purchase, referral or redemption resets the clock.
Points earned on a returned or cancelled order are removed again. If you paid with points on an order you then return, those points are not returned.
Send a friend a reward for their first order. When they use it, you get 200 points and they get 100. It has to be a genuine first order from someone new to us.
